Getting started:
Sign into the FieldNotes app

You will only have to sign in on your phone once.

Click on “I am a First Responder”
Select your designation from the drop down
Click on “I accept the terms of use”
Enter your Email Id
Click on CONTINUE

How to: Take notes without typing a single word

CAPTURE PHOTOS

Tap the Image icon to snap & save photos

RECORD VIDEO

Tap the Media icon to record & save videos

Notes, photos
and media are
auto-tagged with
Date, Time and
Location.

How to: Share or Tag multiple items at once

1. Tap Select Icon

Tap the select Icon at the top right of the search screen.

EDIT, SHARE & MORE

Tap any note, photo or video to open and view more options.

EDIT Crop, mark-up or add text to photos.

SEND photos & notes to your RMS or to a colleague.

TAG photos & videos with report/file number or for easy search

RETAIN for a year

Tap the Group icon at the top right of the search screen.

Tap Any Image

Select any image from the Search screen.

Switch on Analysis

Tap the Image analysis toggle at the bottom of screen.

Items Analysed

Objects identified in the photo will be labeled on the screen.

How to: Crop, Add Text or Markup an Image

Tap an Image

Tap to select any image from the Search screen.

Tap Edit Icon

Tap on the Edit icon at the top right of the screen.

Choose Action

Choose from options to crop, add text or markup image.

Edit image

Edit image as desired

Save Edits

Tap on “Save” at the top right of the Screen to save your edits.
