How many years have you worked in law enforcement/public safety?
I’ve been working in law enforcement for 5 years now. I started out as a Public Service Aide, where we worked alongside police handling non-emergency calls.
What part of your role do you enjoy the most right now?
The role I enjoy most is traffic enforcement. This is a vital part of our everyday lives.
Who has had the greatest impact on you professionally?
My family has had the greatest impact on me professionally. They’ve allowed me to be who I am today, and I cannot thank them enough.
What’s a recent accomplishment you or your team is proud of?
The most recent accomplishment is successfully balancing FIFA World Cup festivities, FIFA escorts, regular work hours, and our personal lives over a month and a half with no days off. We completed the task safely and efficiently.
What’s one tip you’d share with other agencies?
The one tip I’d share with other agencies would be to work together professionally, effectively, and proficiently. We are all here to achieve the same goal!
